By using the Filmster Network platform, website, applications, documentation, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and respect the intellectual property rights described in this Notice.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content and features available through the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, video, audio, user interfaces, designs, logos, patents, trademarks, trade names, domain names, goodwill, source code, APIs, and documentation (collectively, “Intellectual Property”), are owned by Filmster Network Limited, its licensors, or affiliated entities and are protected by UK, EU and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, design right, and other proprietary rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Filmster Network Limited retains all right, title, and interest in its Intellectual Property. No title or ownership of any intellectual property rights is transferred to you by virtue of accessing or using the Services.
2. Registered Trademarks and Marks
The following names, logos, and terms are registered trademarks or service marks owned by Filmster Network Limited:

- Co-creative filmmaking
- Reel Sense
- Reel Coin
- Reel Grid
These marks may be registered in the United Kingdom, other member states of the European Union, the United States of America, India, and other jurisdictions worldwide. Other words, titles, phrases, logos, designs and icons used in connection with the Services may also be claimed as unregistered trademarks or service marks of Filmster Network Limited.
Use of any trademark, service mark, logo, design, or name owned by Filmster Network Limited without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable laws.
3. Patent-Pending Technology
Reel Sense: semantic comprehension for multi-model is a UK patent-pending proprietary technology of Filmster Network Limited. All rights associated with this patent application, including but not limited to its algorithms, models, data processing methods, and implementation techniques, are owned exclusively by Filmster Network Limited. Patent protection is pending and may be subject to future granted patent rights under applicable jurisdictions. Use or replication of patent-pending technology outside authorised licensing or access granted by Filmster Network Limited is prohibited.
4. Copyright Ownership
Filmster Network Limited owns the copyright in all original works of authorship available through the Services, including software code, documentation, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other creative or technical works (“Copyrighted Works”), except to the extent that such rights are explicitly licensed by third parties or by users under applicable agreements.
All Copyrighted Works provided by Filmster Network Limited on or through the Services are protected by UK, EU, US, Indian, and international copyright laws and treaties.
5. User Content and Licensing
Users retain ownership of any content they upload, submit, post, or otherwise make available on the Services (“User Content”), subject to the rights and licences granted under the User Content & Intellectual Property and the Terms of Service. By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Filmster Network Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
Filmster Network Limited does not claim ownership of User Content, except where explicitly stated.
6. Permitted Uses and Restrictions
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Filmster Network Limited or otherwise permitted by applicable intellectual property law, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, or create derivative works of Filmster Network’s Intellectual Property;
- Use Filmster Network’s trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand assets in connection with products or services not approved by Filmster Network Limited;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices on materials from the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying structures of the Services;
- Use Intellectual Property in a manner that suggests an association with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Filmster Network Limited where none exists.
7. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that material on the Services infringes your copyright or trademark rights, you may submit a claim (“Infringement Claim”) by providing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark that you claim has been infringed, including registration details if applicable;
- Identification of the material on the Services claimed to be infringing, including URLs, screenshots, or specific location within the Services;
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights allegedly infringed; and
- Your electronic or physical signature.

8. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content has been removed in response to an Infringement Claim and you believe it was removed in error, you may provide a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- Your contact details; and
- Your signature.

9. Enforcement and Remedies
Filmster Network Limited may enforce its intellectual property rights by any legal means available, including but not limited to:
- Issuing takedown notices under applicable copyright or trademark law;
- Suspending or terminating user accounts for infringement;
- Pursuing civil or criminal legal action where permitted;
Nothing in this Notice limits the rights of Filmster Network Limited to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. The most recent version is identified by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
