1.2 “Service(s)” means the Filmster Network platform, including web, mobile, APIs, collaboration tools, project features, Reel Sense analytics, and related functionality.

1.3 “You” or “your” means the individual, organisation, or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses the Services.

1.4 “Content” means any data, text, images, videos, audio, scripts, project details, or other materials you or other users upload, submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Services.

2. Acceptance and Modifications

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

2.2 By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required by law, 2.3 provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2.4 We may also update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time without notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information when creating your account.

5.2 Platform Licence: By submitting Content, you grant Filmster Network a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, and limited licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you and other authorised collaborators.

5.3 Collaborator Rights: When you share Content within collaborative projects, you grant other collaborators limited rights to view, comment on, and use that Content for collaborative purposes within the platform.

5.4 We may remove or refuse Content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Reel Sense and Analytics

6.1 Reel Sense is a data analysis feature that provides insights and recommendations based on project inputs, patterns, and usage. It is a tool to assist decision-making and does not replace your creative judgment.

6.2 You accept that Reel Sense insights are generated from aggregated, anonymised data and that no personal data is shared externally without consent.

6.3 You agree that all analytics are provided “as is” and that the Company makes no guarantees about outcomes or predictions.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

7.1 The Services may include paid tiers, subscriptions, credits, or tokens (“Paid Services”). Terms specific to pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations will be provided at the point of purchase.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies.

7.3 Payments will be processed through authorised payment providers (for example, Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees.

7.4 Refunds, if any, will be governed by our Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 You are responsible for cancelling your account through your account settings if you no longer wish to use the Services.

12.2 Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute is termination of the Services, subject to Section 8.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates and agents harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.2 Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Filmster Network regarding the Services.
