Welcome to Filmster Network (“Filmster,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Filmster Network is a platform that provides film production and collaboration services through AI-powered tools, smart contracts, and a secure marketplace for filmmakers, production houses, and creative professionals.

By accessing or using Filmster Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Filmster Network. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of Filmster Network, you must register for an account using your email address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal or harmful behavior.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Filmster Network to:

• Create and manage film projects
• Collaborate with other filmmakers and creative professionals
• Use AI-based tools for script breakdown, scheduling, and production planning
• Make and receive payments through the platform

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use Filmster Network to:

• Violate any local, state, or international laws
• Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Misuse smart contract or payment systems
• Impersonate another person or entity

5.1 Reel Coins

• Filmster Network uses Reel Coins as an in-platform digital currency for payments.
• Reel Coins can be purchased through prepaid plans or earned through platform activities.
• Reel Coins are non-transferable outside the platform and cannot be converted to real currency except as specified in the platform’s payment policy.

5.2 Smart Contract Payments

You may NOT use Filmster Network to:

• Payments for services and project milestones are managed through smart contracts.
• Funds are held in escrow and released upon completion of predefined project milestones.
• If a dispute arises, the smart contract record will be used to resolve the issue.

6.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property on Filmster Network, including Eyeless™, Co-Creation Module, and AI-based scene management tools, are owned by Filmster Network and protected under copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to Filmster Network.
• By uploading content, you grant Filmster Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operations and promotional purposes.

Your use of Filmster Network is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• Filmster Network complies with GDPR, CCPA, and UK Data Protection Act requirements.
• We will not share or sell your data without your consent.
• Data related to payments, contracts, and user behavior will be encrypted and stored securely on AWS infrastructure.

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information when offering services or collaborating on projects.

You must not:

• Harass or intimidate other users.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
• Post or share sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.

9.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support or using the platform settings.

9.2 Platform-Initiated Termination

Filmster Network may terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• You fail to comply with payment obligations

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment or contractual obligations.

10.1 Smart Contract-Based Disputes

Disputes related to payments and project completion will be resolved using the smart contract record as the primary evidence.

10.2 Arbitration

For disputes not covered by smart contracts, you agree to binding arbitration under the laws of the United Kingdom.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmster Network is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or data
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Damages resulting from the actions or conduct of other users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filmster Network, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of intellectual property rights

We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
